The Employee Benefits Consulting (EBC) Practice offers excellent retirement, health, compensation, and investment consulting services to our clients. We are actively seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Business Operations Support team. This individual will be an integral part of the Human Resources team and will be instrumental in providing high quality candidates to fill open positions for the EBC Practice. The person in this role will perform the full lifecycle recruitment while developing and maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

What You Will Do



  • Manages recruiting lifecycle, including handling recruitment requests, posting positions within the HRIS system, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, scheduling interviews with the hiring team, maintaining the applicant tracker, organizing hiring team meetings to select a candidate, and notifying the HR Manager of the selected candidate.
  • Manage data integrity within the applicant tracking system, overseeing each candidate's movement through the recruitment process.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Assists with Human Resources projects on an as needed basis.


What We Are Looking For



  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • At least three years' experience in recruiting.
  • Recruiting for professional services organization preferred.
  • The ideal candidate must be well versed in using Applicant Tracking System (preferably UKG).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft office applications, analytics tools, with desire and ability to learn additional software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with and support team members from various regions and locations.
  • Self-starter with good project management skills and ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.
  • Reliable.
  • Effective prioritization skills.
  • Able to work independently while also contributing to team environment.


      Individual(s) must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future.

      The Team

      The EB Consulting practice provides actuarial and other consulting services for multiple industries, for employees and retirees, and for Corporate, Public and Multiemployer Plans. This practice works with several key types of clients organized into the following seven lines of business:



      • Corporate Pension Plans
      • Multiemployer Pension Plans
      • Public Pension Plans
      • Other Postretirement Benefit Plans (Corporate, Multiemployer, and Public combined)
      • Health and Group Benefits (Corporate, Multiemployer, and Public combined)
      • Compensation and Benefits Surveys
      • Investments


      Location

      This role is based out of the Milliman Milwaukee, WI office, but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US.

      Compensation

      The salary range for this role is $49,900 - $92,760, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. This is a full-time, non-exempt overtime eligible role; overtime eligible after 40 hours of work.
