OPERATIONS MANAGER Milliman, Inc. (www.milliman.com) is seeking an OPERATIONS MANAGER to work in a fast-growing department in Omaha. The Omaha Health & Welfare practice was started 24 years ago to serve large employers in the design and administration of their employee benefit insurance plans. The atmosphere is business casual with 70 other professionals in an upscale office setting at 180th and Dodge Street in Omaha, Nebraska. JOB DESCRIPTION The Operations Manager will have an important role in the ongoing success of our practice including profit center and staff responsibilities. We have numerous health insurance clients and prospects that depend on our consultants for their success. This position will interact with all members of our staff as well as many clients. The primary challenges are the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time, the ability to interact with people with varied personalities and communication styles, and the flexibility to adjust resources as needed. LOCATION This position is based out of the Milliman office in Omaha, Nebraska. Candidates hired into this role must be willing to work onsite full-time. COMPENSATION Salary will be commensurate with experience and abilities.
