within the Engneering and Manufacturing Industry

to report to from their offices in Pittsburgh, PA

• Max Hourly Rate $26/hr.
  
• 40 hrs/week, 3 days a week OnSite

• Performs day-to-day Order Management operational tasks with direction from management or senior members of the group in the areas of Order Management
• Responsible for timely and accurate order processing with frequent audit checks
• Responsible for all manual order entry received via phone, fax, email, etc
• Fundamental knowledge of current order processing technologies (SAP, eBusiness Tools, etc.), laws and regulations
• Supports key assigned responsibilities within the group
• Maintains key relationships with other Supply Chain areas
• Answers overflow calls and those unassigned to a Order Management Representative
• Responsible for after-hours coverage for Order Management.
• Monitoring of inbound fax email box

• HS Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• You have 2+ years within Supply Chain logistics, Warehousing logistical operations
• Strong MS Office, including excel, experience using eBusiness Tools, SAP preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to build, establish and maintain relationships within the organization
