Role Summary

As a Solutions Architect you will architect solutions for IT systems related to ERP and Financial Systems. This is a subject matter expert who is expert on finance and accouting core business processes. This position can be located in either Normal, IL or Plymouth, MI and report directly to our Director of Global Financial Systems


Responsibilities

  • Strategize and deliver business solutions for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and Finance business in collaboration with respective business, functional and technical teams.

  • Understand the Finance and Accounting business process end to end, and help the business team provide requirements, design future state to deliver business value.

  • Assess business processes in Finance & Accounting areas, recommend and implement business process improvements based on best practices.

  • Architect solutions for Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Sales/Distribution, Order to cash and Financial Reporting business domains.

  • Gather, synthesize, and translate business strategies to IT solutions.

  • Develop functional and technical architectures for IT systems related to ERP and Finance portfolio in alignment with the enterprise architecture principles & vision. Contribute to the development of broader enterprise architecture.

  • Develop and implement robust data management principles.

  • Deliver best in class IT solutions for ERP and Financial Systems.

  • Ensure compliance to key regulatory, security and organizational policies and procedures

  • Collaborate and deliver to the business continuity and disaster recovery goals of the portfolio


Qualifications

  • Must have 15+ years' experience in implementing industry standard business processes and leading IT Systems solutions, preferably SAP.

Pay Disclosure

Salary Range: USD - $176,000 - $213,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Additional Compensation: Bonus Target and Rivian Equity.

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
