Wecontinue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization. This is a role within Systems' Human Resources group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Perform HR responsibilities within assigned client group including but not limited to day-to-day HR employee relations, assist client group with performance management, compensation/benefits, coaching, employee engagement, employee development, cultural change and partner with HR centers of excellence to ensure HR business partnership; ensure successful implementation of foundational HR initiatives; ensure consistent application of company policy and standards, and (ii) Work with functional leaders to manage talent acquisition activities including talent upgrade efforts, as necessary, and advises on market compensation requirements. Coordinates recruiting efforts from job scoping activity through the offer phase. Job Responsibilities:

The payrange/rate of pay for this position is $76,900 - $125,200; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies. #LI-JS1 We provide competitive pay, excellent benefits, work-life balance and a collaborative team environment!
