Job Description

The Production Estimator is responsible for forecasting project costs and scheduling jobs for production to ensure timely customer delivery. The Estimator gathers details and compiles data to estimate all production costs according to order specifications, and will use AutoCAD to program new jobs. This person will work closely with our Sales, Production and Planning departments and will serve as an integral piece of our business model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or technical degree and/or commensurate experience
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing and estimation; prior laser machining experience a huge plus
• Skilled at AutoCAD or other drafting software
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and pivot focus as needed
