Summary of Primary Functions: Perform special finishes, repair engineering errors and damaged product, and effect repair to architectural members require special patching ability and knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products.

  • Performs off-bed (dry) finishing work.

  • Ability to read and understand engineered drawings.

  • Repair damaged ember requiring form work, and performs major repair work due to design and engineering errors to structural members.

  • Perform patch work to architectural members having exposed aggregate or special form finishes.

  • Repair concrete products that have plates left out or installed in wrong location.

  • Perform steel trowel, rake top, broom and light broom on finishes on bed when needed.

  • Strip, clean, and oil bed and place reinforcement in production areas as directed.

  • Sandblast product to obtain appearance that is required on shopcards. (ie: brush, light, medium or heavy sandblast).

  • Clean up work area daily.

Job Specifications or Qualifications:

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
