Job Summary Lead the Marketing Research and Analytics group to provide business value through actionable market and customer insights. Assists in the development and execution of strategies and tactics required to achieve business and market development goals using research and customer sentiment metrics through actionable customer analysis derived from the intersection of data, products and markets. Lead efforts to leverage data to understand customer behaviors and marketing tactics including customer and statistical analysis to influence strategy, segmentation and campaign execution to optimize marketing campaigns and tactics. This may include advising cross-functional teams of new insights and setting or monitoring KPIs that drive business growth. Interface and manage external partners, as needed. Essential Functions
