Bolton & Menk, a top regional consulting firm in the Midwest is looking to add a Senior Planner to our Transportation Planning Work Group based in one of our Twin Cities metro offices. What You Will Be Doing: In this role you will provide project management and support to other Project Managers for services related to state and federal environmental assessments, transportation planning, land use analysis, policy research, and environmental compliance/permitting. Planning projects will vary with emphasis on land use and zoning, ordinance development, comprehensive plans, small area and master plans, transportation, parks and trails, or environmental review. You will work independently with clients on planning and zoning studies, development review and ordinance updates, and collaboratively on larger projects with multi-disciplinary teams. You will also provide leadership and mentorship to our growing team. What We Are Looking For:
Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000 depending on years of experience and credentials Bolton & Menk is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to specific geographic location. Bolton & Menk reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
