Job Title: Validation/Testing Analyst II

Location: Pleasanton, CA (100% Onsite)

Contract Duration: 6+ months

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Validation/Testing Analyst II to join our team in Pleasanton, CA. In this role, you will support testing activities for cutting-edge electro-mechanical medical devices with embedded software. You'll contribute directly to product quality by executing test protocols, analyzing results, and supporting ongoing improvement of testing methods in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate test equipment; conduct device testing per defined protocols and standards.

Execute and verify measurements in a lab environment, including high-noise-level acoustic testing.

Record results accurately and write detailed test reports.

Identify issues during testing and collaborate with Project Managers for resolutions.

Suggest improvements for testing setups and methodologies.

Maintain accurate documentation, including equipment checks, training logs, and SOP acknowledgments.

Support materials management and inventory tracking.

Train other technicians and ensure lab safety protocols are followed.

Required Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years in testing electro-mechanical medical devices with software components.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer usage.

Ability to manage multiple test projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in acoustics or acoustic system testing.

Experience with data analysis.

Familiarity with regulatory and quality management systems in the medical device industry.

Interview Process:

Round 1: 30-minute video interview with the hiring manager.

Round 2: 1-hour panel interview with team members.
