Value Stream Manager

V2X is growing! V2X is looking for a Value Stream Manager to join our team!

The Value Stream Manager (VSM) will manage Front Line Supervisors in the Manufacturing and Depot area. The VSM will have responsibility over multiple departments and product lines. This position is responsible for ensuring the Value Stream is adding value to the organization. This position will have reasonable empowerment to make needed and necessary changes to add value.

Responsibilities:

• Safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Increasing the ratio of value to non-value.
• Empowered to make necessary changes to increase value.
• Involved in plan development for respective area.
• Ensuring material availability and workload align.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge in systems application SAP/Prism or equivalent.
• Great communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to build teams with diverse skill sets.
• Must know and understand earned value.

Education Requirements:

• Requires 4-year degree plus 5 years' experience or 10 years relevant experience.
