Supports all levels of management and human resources on the interpretation and application of compensation policies and practices. Reviews pay recommendations to ensure equitable actions are facilitated and supported by appropriate documentation. Supports overall department administration by providing input and coordination to projects and/or initiatives, as well as, ensuring regular review, updates and appropriate dissemination of compensation manuals, tools and resources. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. Minimum Experience Three (3) years required in a human resources or related functional support role, having at least one (1) year experience with tracking, maintaining, and/or processing, etc., of employee, job, pay or related data Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications. Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information. Ability to effectively provide instruction on process and practice within the department. Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals. Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations. Knowledge of concepts, practices, policies and procedures related to human resources. Job Conditions None Preferred Qualifications: Compensation experience preferred. Ability to navigate Excel and analyze large sets of data, customer support experience, experience conducting internal audits, familiarity with market data. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $22.11/hour - $36.85/hour Colorado Pay Range: $22.11/hour - $35.31/hour New York Pay Range: $23.34/hour - $36.85/hour New York City Pay Range: $28.25/hour - $36.85/hour Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
