Range Technical Training Lead - US Air & Space Force Program
Location: Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA

Join our team supporting the full spectrum of launch mission assurance activities! We're looking for a highly skilled Range Technical Training Lead to drive innovation, systems integration, and operations training for the US Air & Space Force.

• Serves as systems engineering and project management team member for Range innovation and improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with experts to develop high-quality training materials for launch & range operations.

• Support the creation and delivery of training programs, including schedules, presentations, and certification materials for 2 ROPS.

• Manage training documentation, track qualification and certification updates, and ensure compliance.

• Serve as the Instructional Systems Development focal point, improving instructor-led and web-based courses.

• Participate in anomaly scenario development for Space Force Day of Launch rehearsals.

• Provide metrics on training quality, error analysis, and process improvements.

• Skills: Instructional design (slides, student guides, assessments), systems engineering (Jira/Confluence, Visual Basic), and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Clearance: Active Secret clearance required; ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Salary Range 100k-125k
