Thomson Reuters is looking for a Program Manager - Client Project Management, to join our Global Accounts Team. This role will report into the Senior Manager, - Client Project Management. You will be responsible for planning and delivering projects related to technology initiatives across the organization. You are expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong technical knowledge. About The Role As the Program Manager - Client Project Management, you will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery of major projects and programs, driving results across multiple disciplines and organizations, ensuring consistency, alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness of processes, tools, and techniques used throughout the program lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on the client side of the business where we work closely with internal stakeholders such as Product Management, Business Analysts, and other IT professionals to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans.
- Provide hands-on program management support to cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic programs/projects
- Actively manage the project risk register, identifying potential issues early on so appropriate mitigation actions can be taken
- Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders involved in the program/project life cycle
- Facilitate decision making, drive accountability, and remove roadblocks to success
- Develop detailed project charters, statements of work, and project plans using standard methodologies (e.g., Agile/Waterfall)
- Coordinate resources across multiple disciplines and geographies
- Collaborate with senior leaders to define goals, track progress against objectives, identify risks, and make adjustments as needed
- Build relationships internally at all levels of the organization as well as externally with clients and partners
- Contribute to a culture of innovation by championing new ideas and approaches
About You You're a fit for the role of Program Manager - Client Project Management if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects or programs
- Experience managing both Agile and traditional waterfall projects
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing processes, and quality assurance best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Solid analytical and problem solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing issues that arise during program execution
- Ability to establish trust and credibility quickly with senior leadership
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
- Experience working in a global environment with remote colleagues and clients

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
