COOP Exercise Planner/Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a COOP Exercise Planner/Analyst to support administering elements of multi-faceted support to mission areas.

What you'll do:

Provide strategic planning, business planning, briefing/reporting preparation, and other types of System Integration support. Across all mission areas, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Developing, writing and executing COOP exercises
• Facilitating training for the workforce
• Briefing to upper level customer leadership
• Work with client to refine specific exercise planning and execution goals.
• Provide planning documentation, preparation of delivery materials, facilitation and after action reports.
• Draft an annual exercise strategy/plan with exercise planning goals, objectives, methodology and calendar of proposed exercises.
• Participate and document exercise planning efforts and meeting minutes for the exercises design, work-flow, after action reporting and corrective action planning.
• Assess COOP plans, OPORDS, OPLANS and issuances to develop draft COOP strategy documents.
• Assist with administrative functions of COOP planning for both events and exercises.
• Assist with continuity training and exercise requirements, developing continuity exercise curriculum, and supporting continuity bi-annual, annual and ore frequent exercises.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Poly.
• Requires 8 years of experience with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA. May consider 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.

• 5+ years of experience in customer space.
• 3+ years of COOP business analytical experience.
