Environmental Litigation Associate (Mid-Level)

Paul Hastings seeks a mid-level associate (4th, 5th or 6th year) with a strong background in environmental litigation and counseling to join its Environmental Practice Group. Candidates may be located in our Los Angeles, Century City, New York or Washington, D.C. office.

Paul Hastings maintains an elite litigation, regulatory, environmental and energy practice. The group handles sophisticated matters ranging from cutting-edge litigation, crisis management, large project development (including renewable energy and recycling), permitting for natural resource activities, complex regulatory matters, and enforcement defense, as well as corporate transactions.

Candidates should have substantial litigation experience as well as superior research and writing skills, a demonstrated interest and background in environmental law, and an outstanding academic record. A federal or state clerkship, or other government experience, is preferred.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
