Job Summary

The Enterprise Applications team is seeking a Business Analyst to help define and deliver high

visibility, enterprise capabilities that support our diverse software landscape. This role plays a

key part in translating business needs into actionable requirements, ensuring alignment

between stakeholders and technical teams. As a key contributor to our enterprise technology

platform, you'll collaborate across cross-functional Agile teams-participating in daily

standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews-to drive clarity, prioritize work, and

support delivery. You'll work closely with product owners, engineers, designers, and business

stakeholders to ensure solutions are well-understood, user-focused, and aligned with

enterprise goals. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values craftsmanship, innovation,

and the creation of best-in-class experiences for our engineering and business communities.

Work Location

This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in West Bend, Madison or Appleton.

The internal deadline to apply is 05/05/2025. External applications will be accepted on a rolling basis while the position remains open.



Responsibilities & Qualifications

    Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis with a focus on translating business needs into actionable user stories and functional specifications
  • Experience working in Agile environments, with a solid understanding Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews)
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure solutions meet both business and technical needs
  • Experience in creating and maintaining user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation that guide development teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changes in business priorities and requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders and facilitating discussions across both business and technical teams
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management, from ideation through to release and post-release support

Practical Experience With One Or More Of The Following:

  • Leading or actively participating in Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment between business needs and development efforts
  • Experience with business process modeling and using tools such as Azure DevOps or similar for tracking progress and documentation
  • Experience with data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, AppInsights, Splunk, or similar) to create actionable insights, dashboards, and reports that support data-driven decision-making and business strategy
  • Experience with product lifecycle management, including supporting the transition from ideation through to production and post-release analysis
  • Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that business value is maximized and alignment with strategic goals is maintained
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to business users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure successful solution validation and adoption
  • Creating and maintaining detailed process flows, use cases, and documentation to ensure clarity in solution design and implementation

Salary Statement

The salary range for this position is $85,055 - $110,172.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
