THE JOB: As the Event Setup Specialist, you will support leading a team of Event Attendants to provide specialized oversight of installation and tear down of events across all of our iconic properties. With your supervision, you will ensure that events are completed on time, in budget and meet company standards. THE STARTING RATE:$23.50/hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Set up and take down decor to meet client and company standards; ensure venue looks clean and show-ready. Lead on-site crews and assign tasks while following safety and company policies. Troubleshoot creative, technical, or scheduling issues with management to stay on deadline. Drive and operate company trucks, vans, and lifts; report maintenance or fuel needs. Track and report any damage or loss of tools, equipment, or vehicles. Keep teams, clients, and vendors updated on project progress and timelines. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. 2+ years of relevant experience in the events industry, hospitality, or related field required. 2+ years' experience in set design, theatre, logistics, or events preferred.
