General Summary: Supports the responsibilities, requirements and compliance for maintaining accreditation of the sponsoring institution and its accredited graduate medical education programs. Responsibilities: Works with the Designated Institutional Official (DIO) ensuring programs are compliant with accreditation requirements. Oversees the on-boarding logistics and hiring requirements for new residents, fellows and international medical graduates. Maintains resident/fellow profiles in centralized residency management system. Coordinates visa process for new international medical graduates. Provides support and serves as knowledge expert related to GME business operations. Acts as liaison for accreditation site visits, providing accurate documents, preparing reports, delivering communications and status reports. Requirements: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable. Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Working times are flexible to candidates needs and department's needs. Critical thinking skills and ability to work autonomously preferred. Experience in GME of at least 5 years preferred.
