- Deliver daily/weekly reports to support the business and maximize revenue, cost, and staffing performance.
- Analyze results to find and articulate strategic insights, generating conclusions and recommendations to minimize cost and maintain staffing while meeting all KPIs.
- Create queries to provide ad hoc reports, analysis, and datasets based on business needs.
- Assist in the development of new-business strategy initiatives, performing a thorough analysis, developing compelling solutions, and presenting recommendations.
- Conduct any necessary research to ensure data integrity in the reporting provided to business users Supervisors and Management.
- Develop stored procedures, develop processes for performance reporting and scheduling improvement and efficiency, data table maintenance, and ad hoc reporting requests.
- Analyze existing complex systems to understand and document data elements, relationships, data flow, dependencies, and their related interfaces.
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions using scheduling and reporting systems in place.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to achieve consistent reporting and data alignment.
- Support continuous improvement of reporting and analytics needs, as well as, the
- Production of all management reports.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college university or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis and working with SQL Server and MS Office, scheduling, and reporting systems
- Reporting skills; including MS Excel and/or SQL to access, combine, and analyze multiple data sources (strong comfort level with formatting, formulas, graphs, pivot tables, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal instructions.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong and effective presentation and engagement skills
- Entry-level; practical operating knowledge to perform the job.
- Learning applications and overall end-to-end processes.
- Performs standardized, ongoing duties and tasks under day-to-day supervision.
