Position Description: Responsible for the administration and analysis of various aspects of Compensation Programs for Turner including Canda and International, including internal and external data communication responsibility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Senior Director Compensation on a variety of projects, including program design, analysis, budgeting, and administration of programs. * Lead the pay equity analysis process, including developing hiring ranges for job postings. * Supports the planning, execution and communications for the North American annual compensation review process and bonus cycle. * Lead the administration of North American annual salary structural review, inclusive of participation and analysis of compensation surveys to ensure company compensation objectives are met. * Partner with the Senior Director Compensation to run Ad Hoc analysis for Business Centers, locations as well as Senior Management. * Review and recommend compensation changes due to inquiries/requests collaborating with HR Business Partners, Business Center Leadership and Talent Acquisition team when needed. * Support Senior Director with various aspects of Officer compensation, including base salary, annual Short-term Incentive Plan (STIP) bonus program, and Long-term Incentive Plan (LTIP) awards. * Support Executive Benefits administration including phantom stock plan pricing and Deferred Compensation Program. * Work with Compensation team to develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist in innovating and improving current processes for efficiency. * Work with IS and staff to ensure SAP HCM and Compensation Module systems meet compensation needs. * Manage relocation program administration. * Continue to administer education programs for employees and management about compensation policies, programs, and practices. * May perform other duties as necessary or required. The salary for this position in NYC is estimated to be $200,000 - $235,000 annualized. |

- Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree and a 8+ years of progressive compensation experience. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization. Should be a self-starter and have strong management and leadership skills and be capable of managing projects and tasks successfully to completion. Must be flexible, willing to travel when required, and have excellent presentation skills. CCP strongly preferred. The position requires extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office as well as experience with an HRIS, SuccessFactors preferred.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk and hear. The employee regularly is required to walk and reach with hands. Employee frequently uses computer keyboard, regularly travels both short and long distances via a variety of conveyance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employee views computer monitor frequently.
