What you will do:

In this role, the Project Manager oversees and directs all aspects of project management within a collaborative team of professionals. This position interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective planning, scheduling, organizing, directing, and controlling of projects. The Project Manager actively develops and manages project schedules, prepares status reports, and ensures that project plans adhere to established product requirements and timelines.

How you will do it:

  • Motivate and guide project teams to meet commitments on established timelines.

  • Act as the central communication point for project teams, ensuring clarity on deliverables and deadlines.

  • Communicate the impact of scope changes to stakeholders promptly, addressing implications for cost, timing, quality, and execution.

  • Create work breakdown structures that include milestones and deliverables for clear project timelines.

  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with scope changes, keeping management informed.

  • Resolve conflicts among team members, departments, and external stakeholders to maintain a collaborative environment.

  • Negotiate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate project success.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience desired.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of project/program management experience.

  • PMP certification is desired.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the product development gate process and familiarity with Program Management processes and tools.

  • High-level ability to inspire and influence others.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong conflict management and critical thinking abilities.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Able to travel as required for project needs (specify percentage if applicable).

My experience includes overseeing processes, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving project success through effective communication and conflict resolution. I am passionate about fostering a collaborative team environment and empowering team members to achieve their best.
