Maersk is a global leader in integrated logistics and has been an industry pioneer for over a century. Through innovation and transformation, we are redefining the boundaries of possibility and continuously setting new standards for efficiency, sustainability, and excellence.

We believe in the power of diversity, collaboration, and continuous learning, and we work hard to ensure that the people in our organization reflect and understand the customers we exist to serve. With over 100,000 employees across 130 countries, we work together to shape the future of global trade and logistics.

What we Offer:

  • Global Reach, Local Impact: Thrive in a role with international scope, contributing to projects that shape global trade.

  • Inclusive and Dynamic Culture: Join a team where diversity is strength, fostering an environment rich in personal and professional growth opportunities.

  • Competitive Rewards: Benefit from a compensation package matching your role as a leading industry player, complemented by best-in-class benefits and talent development programs recognized worldwide.

About the role:

We're looking for an exceptional Recruitment Partner to join our North America (NAM) Talent Acquisition team, focused on hiring top-tier technical and software development talent. This is more than a recruiting role-it's a true partnership opportunity where your voice, insights, and impact matter.

As a Talent Partner, you will be a strategic advisor to business and HR leaders, a champion for inclusive hiring, and a trusted guide for candidates navigating their career journeys. You'll work in close collaboration with stakeholders across the region, leveraging data and market insights to influence decisions and shape the future of our teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process from strategic intake through to offer acceptance-ensuring exceptional experiences for both hiring managers and candidates.

  • Build deep partnerships with business leaders and HR across NAM to align on hiring needs, role evolution, and talent gaps.

  • Deliver scalable and innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber technical talent in a competitive market.

  • Use data, dashboards, and insights to drive conversations, influence hiring outcomes, and continuously improve processes.

  • Champion inclusive hiring practices, ensuring equity, representation, and candidate care are central to every decision.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, cloud, data) across diverse geographies.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

  • Experience blending agency and in-house recruiting, ideally within fast-paced or scaling tech environments.

  • Strategic thinking, resilience, and a hands-on approach to problem solving and process improvement.

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and adapting quickly.

  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
