Sr. Administrative Assistant
$32.88 per hour (flex schedule)
5 years of admin experience is necessary
- With poise, honesty, and a strict adherence to confidentiality, you'll provide a full range of administrative support to Directors, senior Managers, and their staff.
- Essentially, you'll manage their calendars, meeting and travel schedules, and associated arrangements, expense and time reporting, and other responsibilities to relieve them of administrative details and allow them to concentrate on other business activities.
- You'll be expected to demonstrate initiative, trustworthiness, timeliness, and precision.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 5 years of administrative or business experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in organizing local, domestic, and international travel arrangements while maintaining awareness of any security processes for international travel.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication, organization, time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task high priorities.
- Ability to foster an environment of trust and teamwork, building collaborative relationships.
- Good writing and editing skills, vocabulary, and grammar.
- Ability to demonstrate professional written and verbal communications.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
