As the full time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Director of Rehabilitation Services at McLaren Flint and Lapeer Regions,you will lead Outpatient Rehabilitation Services at McLaren Flint and Lapeer hospitals. This position will provide leadership, management and oversight of ~38clinicians at both locations. Responsibilities includeleading the rehabilitation teams, managing KPI's with our proprietary financial and management software, completing comprehensive analyses of opportunities, managing marketing and business growth plans for the outpatient service lines, and provide clinical skills education to both teams.Your direct reports include Physical, Occupational, and Speech clinicians.Goals for this position includemarketing and growth of outpatient programs, and to create and manage fiscal year budget and growth projections.

Schedule:This full time, exempt position will work a minimum of 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday.

Starting Pay: $95K-$124K based on recent experience plus bonus.

About theFacilities:McLaren Flint, is a378-bed tertiary teaching facility located in Flint, Michigan. McLaren Flint is affiliated with Michigan State University (MSU) College of Human Medicine in its medical and surgical residency programs, including family practice, internal medicine, general surgery, and orthopedic surgery.McLaren Flint also maintains fellowship programs in clinical health psychology, vascular surgery, minimally invasive surgery and cardiology in partnership with MSU.McLaren Lapeer Region is a 222-bed acute care facility located in Lapeer, Michigan, and the primary provider of health care services to Lapeer County and surrounding areas. McLaren Lapeer Region has received national recognition from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid for clinical excellence in orthopedics, pneumonia, congestive heart failure and surgical care. The facility maintains a verified Level II trauma designation and provides comprehensive care in a 29-bed Emergency Center.CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with McLaren Healthcare to manage the day-to-day operations of their acute and outpatient rehabilitation services. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

About the Rehabilitation Outpatient Departments:McLaren Flint Outpatient hours of operation areMonday-Thursday from 7:00am-6:00pm, and Friday from 7:00am-12:00pm. McLaren Lapeer Outpatient hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00am-7:00pm.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, or an Associate's degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Must be licensed in good standing as a physical or occupational therapist, speech language pathologist, or physical or occupational therapist assistantin the State ofMichigan
  • Three or more years recent rehabilitation leadership experience, preferably with direct experience managing multipleoutpatient clinics, inpatient, and Swing Bed
  • Current BLS (CPR) Certification
  • Ability to solve problems, establish trust and credibility, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, respond to client concerns, and work cooperatively with other staff

Hospital Requirements:

  • 2-Step (PPD) TB Skin Test
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
  • Hep B 3 Series or declination
  • (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
