Description

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

This internship opportunity will work 40 hours/week, at our site based in Raleigh-Durham. This role cannot be fully-remote as it requires onsite work 2-3 days a week and relocation assistance is not provided. The anticipated duration of the internship will be from May - August 2025.

The Customer Care Intern position is responsible for performing tasks and projects to support Customer Care organization. The CC Intern would gain exposure to customer service activities, improving the customer experience, and gain visibility through collaboration with our Marketing organizations.
  • Performs all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
  • Performs benchmarking activities in relation to customer experience specifically focused on digital media.
  • Monitors and completes tasks assigned utilizing Salesforce.
  • Executes assigned projects, with guidance from technical experts (depending on level of experience), using business standards, practices, procedures, and project requirements.
  • Performs data analysis on usage rates, adoption, and related inconsistencies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills, & Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED is required and must be actively enrolled in an academic program/institution pursuing a degree.
  • Customer-facing experience from working in a customer service environment preferred.
  • Data entry experience preferred.
  • Basic familiarity with business principles, biological sciences and/or experience in a laboratory setting a plus.
  • Highly organized with high attention to detail to complete projects and daily tasks.
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coachable and easily adapts to change to meet business demands.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills a plus
