In this critical leadership role, you will have full ownership of a ~$100M division encompassing more than 100 hospital programs and approximately 700 teammates, including seven direct reports. You will drive clinical, operational, and financial excellence across a complex, multi-state geography - helping to set the standard for hospital-based dialysis services in American healthcare. We're looking for a leader with a strong ownership mindset: someone who proactively seeks opportunities to improve, who can operationalize insights into action, and who thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
