DaVita is seeking an ambitious and experienced leader to join the Village as the Division Vice President (DVP) for Team Galaxy, overseeing our Hospital Services Operations across the South (Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi).

In this critical leadership role, you will have full ownership of a ~$100M division encompassing more than 100 hospital programs and approximately 700 teammates, including seven direct reports. You will drive clinical, operational, and financial excellence across a complex, multi-state geography - helping to set the standard for hospital-based dialysis services in American healthcare.

We're looking for a leader with a strong ownership mindset: someone who proactively seeks opportunities to improve, who can operationalize insights into action, and who thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will serve as a key thought partner to the Group Vice President and work closely with our Finance, Strategy, People Services, and Business Development teams.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven success leading large-scale, multi-site operational businesses; healthcare experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience leading and developing large, high-performing teams across broad geographies.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, manage P&L, and lead strategic business development.

  • A strong track record engaging with hospitals and health systems.

  • 10+ years of progressive management experience required.

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred.

  • Proven success engaging with hospitals and health systems preferred

  • Minimum of 10 years' progressive management experience required

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred
