IT Solution Delivery Analyst II - Commercial Order Management

Your Role on Our Team

As IT Solution Delivery Analyst II - Commercial Order Management,you will be part of the group that supports our Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service organizations in delivering and supporting the technologies, processes and integrations that support our Connected Commercial Ecosystem.

This Business Relationship role will be supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of IT solutions that support our Commercial Order Managementprocesses. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development and integration of systems, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient operations. Your ability to organize thoughts, execute tasks, and gather and manage requirementswill be essential in delivering high-quality IT solutions.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

• Build strong business partnership relationships
• Drive business process excellence
• Effectively prioritize and management portfolio and requirements
• Support the IT Solution Delivery Team in its multi-year implementation of Oracle Cloudand integrated applications
• Oversight of Quote To Cash (Q2C) process
• SAP CustomApplication Support/Management, including integrations
• SQL Testing and Troubleshooting:Utilize your SQL skills to conduct thorough testing of software applications and system integrations within the Commercial Ecosystem. You will be responsible for verifying data accuracy, validating data transformation, and ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
• Data Validation:Design and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and consistency during system integrations. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or data-related issues that may arise.
• System Integration: Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to design and implement integrations between various order management systems, enabling smooth data exchange and process automation.
• Agile Development Experience: Apply Agile methodologies to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to deliver IT solutions in iterative cycles.
• Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to resolve system issues and troubleshoot integration-related problems, ensuring minimal disruption to order management operations.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize order management processes through technology solutions and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Hybrid Work Arrangement:Embrace and adapt to the hybrid work arrangement, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of IT solutions, integrations, and requirements to facilitate knowledge sharing and seamless handovers.
• Data Mapping and Transformation: Utilize data mapping and transformation techniques to ensure data integrity and consistency during system integrations.
• Communication:Communicate progress and project status to key stakeholders, including senior management.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

• 2-year degree in IT, Engineering, or Business required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or product owner
• Strong business partner who can quickly learn business processes and provide strategic insight and guidance.
• Ability to breakdown strategic objectives into actionable work for development teams

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

• Experience in program governance using both waterfall and agile methodologies combined with demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects
• Ability to gather requirements from business partners
• Background in collaborating with custom development teams
• Ability to distill complex concepts and ideas to simple brief points of communication - This person must have the innate ability to communicate in a powerfully succinct manner in verbal and written form.
• Strong evidence of strategic thinking and experience executing in a fast-paced cross functional environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence and organize.
• Experience working with Oracle Cloud and Azure native applications.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud, Azure DevOps
• Experience writing user stories.
• ITIL or other technical Certification Preferred
