Genesis10 is seeking an Operations Analyst with our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a four-month contract to hire position requiring 5 days a week onsite. Summary and responsibilities Variety of operational tasks including processing updates to client accounts or company records, working with other processing areas and handling varying volumes and transaction types. Applies expertise and judgement, providing quality service to internal clients in support of their external clients daily. Performing cash transaction processing such Domestic and Foreign Wires, ACH or Checks, reconciliations, inquiry response and problem resolution while meeting defined processing timeframes. Attention detail, data entry accuracy, and effective communication skills are essential to the role. Utilize applications -on-line processing applications, mainframes, and Microsoft Excel and Outlook in the completion of daily tasks. Required skills 1-2 years of experience Data input Ability to organize and prioritize Fast paced and deadline orientated Microsoft suite of apps - Excel, Outlook, word, etc. Bachelor's degree Preferred skills Finance is a plus Experience with supporting checks, wires and ACH transactions is preferred This position pays $28/hr -$31/hr W2 depending on experience If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!
