The Senior Director is responsible for leading a high-performing, multidisciplinary team of IT professionals in the execution of strategic, enterprise-level initiatives. The selected leader will ensure the successful execution of high-impact, high-visibility projects that are often complex and time-sensitive. This includes maintaining accountability for project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes, while collaborating closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The team reporting to this role will be composed of individuals with specialized expertise across key IT domains, including infrastructure (e.g., cloud, networks and telecom, server and storage systems, mobile and thin-client devices, virtualized applications and desktops), core software platforms (e.g., Epic, Infor), data integration (e.g., Cloverleaf), data engineering, analytics, project management, and cybersecurity. Each team member will also maintain a dotted-line reporting relationship to their respective functional areas within the broader IT organization. When a project's requirements exceed the internal capabilities of the Innovation Initiatives team, the Senior Director of Innovation will utilize designated funds to engage third-party contracted resources. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing these external partners, ensuring that their contributions align with project goals and organizational standards.
