About The Position The Commissioning Engineer performs startup and check out activities for new assets as assigned by the Commissioning Supervisor. This position has primary responsibility for supporting Missouri Regulated Generation Non-Nuclear energy centers with travel required. Key responsibilities include:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university is required. PE License is preferred. Relevant engineering experience is preferred. Experience managing, supervising, or leading people preferred. Experience with low/medium/high voltage electrical equipment, including but not limited to switchgear, MCCs, motors, transformers, buses, instrument and controls engineering, field testing and troubleshooting of industrial equipment etc., preferred. Experience with protective relaying is preferred. *Salary depends upon individual credentials, experience, and/or engineer technical path and position market pay level Compensation Range: $69,300.00 - $168,000.00* This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant's credentials. At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
