Overview
DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect (EA) to join our team! The Senior EA will lead architecture development efforts, documenting, analyzing, and aligning Military Sealift Command's (MSC) enterprise information technology systems and strategies with DODAF 2.0 frameworks and DOD/DoN standards. This position is required to be on-site in Norfolk, VA.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Align architectural designs with MSC's strategic objectives and technical requirements.
- Produce architecture artifacts (AV-1, OV-1, OV-5, OV-6, SV-1, SV-2, CV-2, StdV-2).
- Conduct technical planning and interface management to ensure cross-system compatibility.
- Support Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Program Management activities through architecture design and analysis.
- Guide decision-making regarding IT infrastructure modernization and system integration.
Qualifications
Required
- 10+ years' experience in Enterprise Architecture within a federal Agency/Department.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science; candidates without a Bachelor's degree must possess an additional four (4) years of directly relevant experience.
- FEAC Certified ACEA Green Belt (minimum); CEA Black Belt (preferred).
- Compliance with DODM 8140.03 (Advanced Enterprise Architect or equivalent).
- Expertise in DODAF 2.0 frameworks and architecture development.
- Active SECRET clearance (minimum).
Desired
- Master's degree from an accredited institution (ABET/CHEA preferred).
- Certified Integrated Enterprise Architect Practitioner (CIEAP) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with tools such as Innoslate, Rational System Architect, Sparx EA.
- Experience developing enterprise architectures for Navy or Department of Defense IT systems.
