As a Regional People and Culture Lead, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the human resources function across the Americas region. Your primary focus will be on executing the global Commodities and Global Markets Human Resources strategy and overseeing the delivery of the services and products within the region. You will provide strategic leadership, collaborate with global divisional leads, and be responsible for management of the regionally based team. Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility In this role, you will act as lead strategic business partner to the region's most senior leaders, with deep understanding of the commercial priorities of each Division in region and ensuring that regional nuances are well understood in Divisional design of people strategies. You will oversee senior-level hiring while also overseeing the end-to-end talent process for the region including annual promotion cycle and providing strategic advice to support senior leadership. You will ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and employment practices across various jurisdictions. Additionally, you will collaborate with regional Human Resources teams to support employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
Salary range for this position: $210,000 - $270,000 / Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
