Pay & Schedule:



  • $19-$20/hour
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 8 AM-5 PM



As a Purchasing Administrator, you'll support our materials team by ensuring efficient procurement and customer service operations across various locations. Your role will focus on maintaining accurate purchase order data, processing timely transactions, and coordinating stock transfers and shipments.

Responsibilities:



  • Update Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for purchase orders in the system
  • Accurately receive stock and manage associated costs
  • Handle stock transfers between locations
  • Coordinate inbound domestic and international shipments



Qualifications:



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or GED with at least one year of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Associate degree or higher is preferred
