Gemini is looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Product Manager to join the team supporting our location in Cannon Falls, MN! This role has the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity at our Cannon Falls, MN or Garland, TX locations. The position is responsible for crafting the vision and value of our data structure through creating and partnering with the D&IT data team to ensure our product delivers value and meets expectations as Gemini evolves in change and growth. You will lead and provide direction for the data product while championing to build meaningful insights that drive business outcomes for our teams and customers. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand our strategic vision and develop data-driven strategies to achieve organizational goals. - Managing and setting priorities within the reporting queue and collaborate with resources as needed
- Creating reports and fulfill requirements with established SLA per Jira tickets
- Offering insights for data product features and ensure the product aligns with intended outcome for business need
- Designing interfaces and experiences for the data product ensuring user friendliness
- Ensuring accuracy and usability of data output
- QA to ensure the data product is reliable, functional, and meets standards before releasing
- Troubleshooting dashboards and real time data issues
- Maintaining data and analytics roadmap items
- Updating daily backlog dashboard
Support and Planning within the Gemini Community
- Works with security & compliance manager to maintain awareness and understanding of data privacy with PII and other security standards to ensure compliance with best practices, policies, standards, and regulations
- Supports continuous business changes, such as our regional structure model, with data to help make better decisions and create new data scenarios relevant to changes, new implementations, and needs of the business
- Accountable for directing data cleanup activities across various platforms and individuals within D&IT and functional areas such as CX, sales, product management, and marketing.
- Supports all company projects of all capacities
- Shares knowledge and train team members for self service requests and dashboards
- Works closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify key challenges and opportunities where data can provide solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in analytical and data-warehouse tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proven track record of leading and managing data analytics projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
