Product Operations Manager Remote Location: Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC Position Summary

HackerOne is seeking a Product Operations Manager who loves working across diverse teams. This role must collaborate within the Product & Design team and across the organization to successfully advocate for improving existing processes and programs, as well as managing cross-functional operational efforts and ensuring open communication across the company. You will support and optimize product development processes, tools, and communications across the Product and R&D organization.

You will manage critical company-wide initiatives such as our product release management, programs, and company-wide communications. You will work hand in hand with our extended leadership team, engineers, designers, and other key cross-functional partners and stakeholders to deliver impactful advances in the product that drive key business results.

At HackerOne, we embrace a Flexible Work approach, enabling our team members to work remotely while maintaining productivity and collaboration. We are seeking candidates located in Washington DC, Austin Tx, Seattle Wa, San Fran Ca, and the surrounding metropolitan areas, to facilitate occasional in-person interactions as needed. While the position is primarily remote, there will be periodic in-person requirements to support team collaboration and foster stronger connections. This approach ensures flexibility while providing opportunities to build meaningful in-person relationships that strengthen our team and company culture.

What You Will Do
  • Identifies and partners on strategic Product programs; works across the company to drive adoption and orchestration of various workstreams

  • Coordinate cross-company communication and alignment within the team and across departments

  • Analyzing and optimizing the feedback loops with product management, including the feature request process and product conversations with customers

  • Maintaining the usage and governance of product management tools

  • Executes on the culture of an efficient organization, and embraces the mindset of efficiency gains via the implementation of automation and AI

  • Embraces the diversity of the team and ideas and is an active driver of positive culture

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Operations or Program Management at a fast-growing software company

  • Track record of success delivering processes and frameworks that drive business results

  • Experience working with Agile Software methodology

  • Able to support teams in both North American and European time zones

  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams remotely, occasional travel required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Past usage of product management, product analytics and release management tools is a plus

  • Data analysis, product analytics and experimentation skills are a plus

  • Experience and interest in security companies and technical or engineering organizations are a plus

  • Understanding of AI and automation technologies is a plus

Compensation Bands: 125k-145k
