What You'll Bring: * We're looking for someone with the mindset of a systems thinker/content marketer, the pragmatism of a technologist and sensibilities of a designer, with a strong bias for action and results * 8-12 years of marketing experience, including a background in Web Development with a professional and personal portfolio of useful and delightful user experience solutions across a range of industries and audiences. Ideal candidate has a background in front-end web development and is matured into a role to manage and guide a team of experienced front-end developers. * A real desire to understand and improve the consumer and customer experience. A strong critical thinker with a relentless curiosity to listen to and explore new ideas from everywhere * Great networking and influencing skills are a must, as is excellent agile management skills and relentlessly high standards We'd love to see: * Understanding of human psychology and behavioral economics * Experience with content management systems and content as a service * Knowledge of mobile first and responsive content strategies Impact You'll Make: * You will analyze the B2B customer journey across the digital experience, and leverage these insights to inform tests to iterate upon the current flow, driving improved results * In collaboration with the B2B content team, you'll guide strategy and execution of SEO-driven content creation to improve site visibility and engagement with content up and down the sales funnel * Manage their own workload and oversee a team to ensure consistency and accuracy of deliverables against established standards and systems. * Interact with cross-functional peer-channel teams to align deliverables against established practices for the team. Teams may include marketing strategy, technical, or other marketing channels. * Using Voice of Consumer/Customer insight and UX research, you will partner with stakeholders across TransUnion to contribute to B2B and consumer content strategy. You will nurture key relationships with influencers, agency partners, business partners and consumers to craft compelling narratives and ensure timely delivery to the content plan * You will support the creation, curation, publishing, testing and governance of relevant, usable and engaging content for digital channels. Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $101,250.00 - $168,750 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan.
