Job Description

The mission of the Office of Student Involvement (OSI) is to engage students in a vibrant campus community through holistic, co-curricular experiences.

The Senior Program Manager manages and coordinates the day to day operations and student-facing services of the Office of Student Involvement, including student organization support, RooGroups administration, and event proposal review. Exercises judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information to solve complex operational challenges. Assists in developing and implementing program guidelines and policies, ensuring compliance with university regulations. Impacts a range of customer, operational, and service activities within own team and related Office of Student Involvement areas. Communicates difficult or sensitive information and builds consensus among diverse stakeholders. Represents Office of Student Involvement to students, faculty, staff, and external constituents.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Oversees daily workflows for all student facing services, including front desk inquiries and student organization support.
  • Administers the RooGroups student organization system and reviews event proposals to ensure policy and risk management compliance.
  • Supervises program coordinators and support staff; organizes and leads regular 1:1's and staff training.
  • Tracks and reports on student service metrics, event attendance, and system usage; prepares monthly performance dashboards.
  • Serves as primary liaison for student and campus partner inquiries, facilitating resolution and ensuring high standards of service.
  • Conducts programs for students in their functional area including, but not limited to, Stress Less Fest.
Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with student organization management systems (e.g., CampusGroups).
* Demonstrated excellence in student service within a higher education environment.
* Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision making and continuous improvement.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Prior supervisory or team lead experience.
* In depth conceptual and practical knowledge of co curricular and student support operations.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Annual salary ranging from: $58,572.80-$62,000. Commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity.
