University of Missouri-Kansas City, Division of Student Affairs: The Office of Student Involvement Office Job Description
The mission of the Office of Student Involvement (OSI) is to engage students in a vibrant campus community through holistic, co-curricular experiences. The Senior Program Manager manages and coordinates the day to day operations and student-facing services of the Office of Student Involvement, including student organization support, RooGroups administration, and event proposal review. Exercises judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information to solve complex operational challenges. Assists in developing and implementing program guidelines and policies, ensuring compliance with university regulations. Impacts a range of customer, operational, and service activities within own team and related Office of Student Involvement areas. Communicates difficult or sensitive information and builds consensus among diverse stakeholders. Represents Office of Student Involvement to students, faculty, staff, and external constituents. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with student organization management systems (e.g., CampusGroups). Anticipated Hiring Range
Annual salary ranging from: $58,572.80-$62,000. Commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. Application Deadline
