Your Mission:

The Global Subscription Sales organization is building a best-in-class team in support of Stellantis' new Software Group and adding a talented Manager, Global Business Model & Customer Insight. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping subscription offerings, driving customer value, and ensuring our solutions remain competitive in the global market. You will define packaging strategies, develop financial models, and lead customer insights research to inform business decisions. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, ensure strategic alignment, and ensure our subscription products meet evolving customer needs. You will have a tremendous opportunity to drive impact for subscription revenue and transform the broader automotive industry!

Responsibilities include:



  • Packaging Strategy & Business Model Development

    • Develop packaging strategies and business models for connected services, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
    • Define clear frameworks for features included in MSRP, subscription offers, or feature-on-demand (FOD) models.
    • Strike the optimal balance between a scalable global strategy and regional adaptations to maximize customer adoption and engagement.


  • Business Case Creation & Financial Modeling

    • Develop comprehensive business cases to support new services launch or changes in features, packaging or pricing.
    • Manage financial modeling to evaluate revenue impact, adoption rates, and profitability outcomes.
    • Leverage data-driven insights to assess customer behavior, predict churn risks, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.


  • Customer Insights & Market Research

    • Conduct deep customer insights research to understand willingness to pay (WTP), adoption behaviors, and customer pain points.
    • Leverage insights to refine packaging strategies, trial offers, and pricing decisions.
    • Develop customer segmentation frameworks to align offers with varying customer profiles.


  • Influence & Collaboration

    • Act as a strategic advisor to regional teams, guiding them in implementing recommended packaging and business models.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across SWX Global Subscription Strategy, Marketing, Business Insights, and Customer Journey teams.
    • Work closely with Brands and senior executives to align strategies with customer needs, business objectives, and financial targets.


  • Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement

    • Use KPI tracking and performance insights to refine strategies and improve business models performance.
    • Identify underperforming features and recommend targeted actions to improve conversion, retention, and revenue.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience
  • Proven experience in business modeling, pricing strategy, or customer insights roles, preferably within subscription-based services, automotive, or technology sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, business case creation, and ROI analysis.
  • Experience in conducting market research, identifying customer trends, and developing actionable insights.
  • Ability to translate complex insights into clear recommendations for product strategy and commercialization.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or Data Science preferred.
  • Experience in defining business models and strategies in software, connected services, or digital ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with automotive industry trends, particularly in connected services, EV ecosystems, or in-vehicle digital experiences.
