We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Neo4J Neo4j Bloom and Knowledge Graph. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring the successful implementation of solutions and contributing to the company's innovative goals. The position follows a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel.

• Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions using Neo4J and Knowledge Graph technologies.
• Oversee the development and deployment of Neo4j Bloom applications to enhance data visualization.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of graph databases through effective optimization techniques.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Neo4J and Knowledge Graph.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in graph database technologies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and solutions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technical operations.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of technology roadmaps.
• Ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives to maximize impact.

The annual salary for this position is between $83,000 - $95,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
