We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with 8+ years of experience in web development technologies including Drupal Redux JQuery Javascript Rest API SOAP PHP and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining web applications with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using Drupal Redux JQuery Javascript and other technologies.
• Oversee the implementation of Rest API and SOAP services to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Provide technical expertise in PHP CSS Node JS React JS and mySQL to develop robust and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and execute test plans using tools like Postman to ensure the quality and performance of web applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and automated testing.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of new features and enhancements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
• Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in web development using Drupal Redux JQuery Javascript Rest API SOAP PHP CSS Node JS React JS and mySQL.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain high-quality web applications.
• Experience with Postman for API testing and validation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Sales & Marketing domains is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project requirements.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 5/30/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $81K - $135K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
