Were looking for a highly skilled UI Developer to join our Conversion Rate Optimization CRO program This role focuses on creating and modifying frontend experiences to support AB testing personalization and performance improvements Youll work closely with UX designers marketers analysts and developers to build experiments that drive measurable results

Location: San Francisco ,CA (On Site)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Angular JS Expert
• Redesigning the site pages using HTML CSS JS through Browsers dev tool console then handover the code to AT developer
• Implement Adobe Target tests
• Manipulate and enhance existing DOM elements on high traffic pages for testing purposes
• Collaborate with optimization strategists designers and engineers to scope and build test variations
• Work within testing platforms eg Optimizely Google Optimize VWO Adobe Target to deploy experiments
• Debug issues in production and testing environments to ensure quality experiences across browsersdevices
• Ensure frontend code is optimized for performance accessibility and responsiveness

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of frontend development experience
• Strong understanding of Angular HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and DOM manipulation
• Familiarity with testing platforms such as Optimizely Google Optimize VWO or similar
• Experience working with tag managers eg Google Tag Manager a plus
• Solid debugging skills across devices and browsers
• Understanding of UX principles web analytics and performance optimization
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance speed with quality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an agile or sprint-based development cycle
• Familiarity with version control eg Git
• Understanding of SEO best practices and how testing can impact search performance
• Interest or experience in analytics user behaviour tools eg Hotjar FullStory or data interpretation

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 5/30/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $81K - $150K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
