We are seeking a Product Experience Consultant with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Sketch Figma Adobe XD Visual Design Elements & Fundamentals Visual Branding and Adobe Photoshop. Experience in Investment Banking Operations Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 /Year to $100,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of user experiences for our products using Sketch Figma and Adobe XD.
• Oversee the creation of visually appealing and functional designs that align with our brand guidelines.
• Provide expertise in Visual Design Elements & Fundamentals to ensure high-quality design outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design iterations.
• Develop and maintain design systems and libraries to ensure consistency across all products.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop to create and edit visual assets for various digital platforms.
• Implement Visual Branding strategies to enhance the overall user experience and brand perception.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve our design processes.
• Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering exceptional user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in Sketch Figma and Adobe XD.
