We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and hands-on Lead Consultant to spearhead the development and delivery of our Adobe Content Supply Chain and GenAI offerings within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. You will play a critical role in building and promoting solutions around Adobe GenStudio, driving GenAI strategy and implementation, and optimizing marketing process management powered by Adobe Workfront and the broader Adobe platform. - Design and deliver Adobe Content Supply Chain solutions, leveraging Adobe GenStudio, Workfront, AEM, and Creative Cloud to drive content velocity, personalization, and governance.
- Develop and implement GenAI strategies to optimize content creation, localization, and distribution processes across client ecosystems.
- Create, package, and promote a differentiated offering around Adobe GenStudio to address evolving market demands for scalable, AI-driven content operations.
- Lead marketing operations transformations with a strong foundation in process management, ensuring seamless integration of Workfront into clients' broader martech stacks.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to uncover client needs, design GenAI-powered content supply chain solutions, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Orchestrate multiple client engagements simultaneously, balancing strategy, technology delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Build and nurture an internal community of Adobe experts, mentoring teams and promoting best practices for Adobe Content Supply Chain and GenAI-driven marketing transformation.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience architecting and delivering solutions in the Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly in content operations and marketing workflows.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Workfront for marketing project management, collaboration, and campaign execution.
- Deep understanding of Adobe GenStudio, including asset management, content automation, and GenAI integration into the creative process.
- Knowledge of generative AI, content personalization, predictive analytics, and automation within marketing contexts.
- Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear, actionable business outcomes.
- Experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments, balancing multiple high-impact initiatives.
