Are you a strategic leader passionate about driving sales success and fostering team excellence? I.R.I.S. Inc., a Canon company, is looking for a dynamic Director, US Head of Sales to lead our sales organization in Melville, NY. In this pivotal role, youll spearhead business growth across the USA, Canada, LATAM, and South America, combining hands-on sales execution with strategic leadership. You'll be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, expanding our partner and customer base, and executing a visionary mid-term growth strategy. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working three days onsite and two days remotely. Drive growth and profitability through direct and indirect sales channels Lead and mentor a skilled sales team in achieving ambitious targets Expand our partner and customer relationships via strategic large-deal closures Leverage synergistic business opportunities within the Canon Group Enjoy competitive compensation ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 plus comprehensive benefits Your Qualifications: Were eager to connect if you bring: Proven success in software solutions sales at the executive level Demonstrated leadership excellence and strategic business planning skills Expertise in managing high-performing sales teams and partner networks Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other ERP products High proficiency in CRM and collaboration tools Strong analytical capabilities, agile leadership experience, and exceptional negotiation skills A willingness to travel Preferred, but not required: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience The Role: Lead Sales Strategy and Execution in a High-Growth Environment Reporting directly to the Executive Board, youll manage our sales team and drive I.R.I.S. Inc.'s growth strategy across multiple territories. Your responsibilities include: Managing the existing partner and customer base, identifying and securing significant new business opportunities Developing and implementing a robust 3-year strategic plan aligned with corporate objectives Measuring and optimizing performance through clearly defined KPIs Running targeted partner campaigns, webinars, and events, enhancing our Go-to-Market strategy Collaborating closely with internal teams based in Belgium and Germany Driving cultural and strategic transformations toward cloud-based services and agile business practices This description highlights key areas but is not exhaustive.
