Reporting to the Country Manager, the role of Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of marketing tools and communication programs. This person is responsible for the planning, creation and distribution of content and programs to support the growth ambition of Atos Canada.




Major Areas of Accountability




Brand Marketing



  • Localization and development of collateral for laryngectomy, tracheostomy, and Atos Care supporting materials in alignment with commercial priorities and in collaboration with global stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external partners for marketing materials, literature, and kit management while ensuring high quality and timely execution while ensuring competitiveness.
  • Support the Annual Business Planning (ABP) process
  • Own the planning, execution and tracking of marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Coordinate clinician meetings, conferences, and symposiums.
  • Ad hoc projects: Other tasks as required



Digital and Ambassador Platforms



  • Local ownership and support Atos web platform and SoME engagement, in alignment and collaboration with global initiatives and local commercial priorities.
  • Develop and execute Patient Ambassador program.
  • Work alongside global digital team and local team to create communications to Canadian clinical community and patient while measuring engagement.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Educator on clinical education programs including enhancing education program offerings and follow ups as required.
  • Ad hoc projects: Other tasks as required




Basic Qualifications





  • Post-secondary diploma in marketing communications.
  • 1-3 years brand marketing experience. Medical Device industry or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience in creative development and copywriting with strong knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of applications such as salesforce.com; ShowPad, Articulate 360 & Eloqua
  • Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Comfort and satisfaction with a broad spectrum of execution-oriented/tactical tasks
  • High degree of initiative and self-motivation with a strong sense of accountability
  • Strong written communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications




  • BC/BS/BA in business administration or communications
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing and patient engagement

* Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $70,272 to $77,299 CAD. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives
