Description
Position Summary: To provide all HR team members critical support in daily administrative functions and project work, while providing improvements and efficiencies in day-to-day operations, all while maintaining strict confidentiality requirements. This role is primarily to support the administrative needs of the recruitment and onboarding process and to administer the education reimbursement and bonus award program to benefit eligible employees. The salary range for this role is$41,100 - $69,800. The listed annual salary range posted for this position is subject to change and may vary depending on performance, education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, demonstrated proficiency in the competencies required for the role and business needs. Base pay is just one component of GNY's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. |
