Get to know Okta Okta is looking for a dynamic and results-orientedSenior Director of Global Partner Marketing to lead our worldwide partner marketing strategy and execution. This pivotal role will own the vision and roadmap for engaging our diverse ecosystem of Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), as well as Okta's overarching global partner marketing programs and operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in accelerating partner-driven pipeline and revenue by owning our better together storytelling and co-marketing demand plans that deliver on our joint go-to-market objectives. You will work in close collaboration with regional partner marketing teams to ensure seamless and scalable execution of global programs, supporting impactful multi-partner engagements. You will also work closely with Okta's Partner leadership team to convey the value of our partner and partner marketing programs as a key growth driver. #LI-Remote Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
