The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention. The Strategic Systems Analysis Group (SSAG) supports government and private sector strategic planning, decision making, and program management. SSAG integrates deep client knowledge, advanced analytics, and subject matter expertise to provide timely and objective technical, operational, programmatic, acquisition, and policy analysis. SPA has a near-term need for a Computer Systems Engineer/Architect. Responsibilities Establishes GOC system information requirements using analysis aligned to the development of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems. Systems architecture includes USSTRATCOM GOC and connections to the mission enterprise of fixed and mobile locations, including Senior Leader communications systems/platforms. Designs architectures inclusive of software, hardware, and communications to support comprehensive GOC requirements accounting for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces. Ensures necessary GOC mission systems interoperability, compatibility, and compliance with standards, to application platforms, application program interfaces (API), and external environment/software application. Ensures compliance with common operating environment as required. Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization, and planning and develops appropriate corrective action. Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Must maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Nuclear Command and Control - Extremely Sensitive Information (NC2-ESI), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and Special Access Required (SAR) programs.
