The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention. The Strategic Systems Analysis Group (SSAG) supports government and private sector strategic planning, decision making, and program management. SSAG integrates deep client knowledge, advanced analytics, and subject matter expertise to provide timely and objective technical, operational, programmatic, acquisition, and policy analysis. SPA has a near-term need for a Computer Systems Engineer/Architect. Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Senior Computer Systems Engineer / Architect (Mission Systems Services Manager): Responsible for the overall management of the GOC Mission System Services task order(s) and ensuring technical and financial solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner. Organizes, directs and coordinates the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned delivery order projects. Manages GOC mission systems and communications systems to assure operational requirements are met and system modernization is aligned to the operational environment and needs. Leads and manages projects and deliverables from GOC mission system engineers, architects and mission capability experts. Demonstrates competent writing and oral communication skills. Ensures timely delivery of quality products and services. Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Must maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Nuclear Command and Control - Extremely Sensitive Information (NC2-ESI), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and Special Access Required (SAR) programs.
